Most shipping at Homestead Crafter is weight-based. Most jewelry weighs about 3 ounces for one item. Linens like Mom's baby quilts weigh about 13 ounces and table runners weigh about 6. Things like melter tarts run about 3 ounces total for shipping, and bath bombs depend on the size of the bomb. The smaller bath fizzies/bombs run about 6 ounces shipping, the larger ones run closer to 10 ounces or so. Soap bars weigh approximately 6 ounces shipping weight.

And yes, I know, large orders can get really crazy on the weight-based shipping. Overages are happily refunded when that happens.

All orders in the State of Arkansas are charged 8.25% sales tax in compliance with Arkansas laws.

Returns will be ACCEPTED ONLY IF:

* I am contacted within 3 days of the buyer receiving the item, and

* Item is mailed back to me within 7 days of buyer receiving the item - Buyer will pay shipping (SHIPPING IS NOT REFUNDABLE) AND provide the tracking number to me

* The item is in the same condition as when the buyer received the item and is returned in or with the original packaging.

* Refund will only be for the PRICE of the item, less the restocking fee.

*There is a 10% restocking fee.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

It varies, depending on how busy I am at my full-time job and with various homestead chores. Shipping on some items is set to maximum 2 weeks to offset this, as they are made to order. I make every effort to have your order in the mail in that time. MOST items are Ready To Ship, and ship within 3 business days, usually the next business day. If you need something shipped faster, let me know in the buyer's notes when you order, and I will do my best to get it out sooner, although there are no guarantees.

How do I know my order has been shipped?

I use Etsy to print my mailing labels so you are provided with a tracking number when I print the label out.

Do you ship internationally?

No, sorry, but I rarely have ever gotten orders or even queries from outside the States, so I just don't offer international shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

Custom and personalized orders

No. I would love to, but I don't have the time to make custom jewelry. I do make handmade jewelry, which is sold in the shop.

Sizing details

As much as possible, I give the size of each item either in the description.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Yes, it is $5, and the item is individually packaged in a gift box, wrapped, and tied with white ribbon. A To: From: tag is added as well.

Wholesale availability

Yes, I do sell wholesale. Contact me for information on discount and MOQ.

Can you separate out certain beads/charms from a package if I only want certain ones?

Sorry, but I sell them in the packaging size that I get beads and charms in. If it's a set or mixed lot, they are only available in that type of pack. It wouldn't be fair to me to have to buy certain packs only to have to split it up and possibly have some or the pack sit around unsold, nor to other customers to have only partial packs available.
